BET Address Rick Ross And Jeezy Altercation At The Hip Hop Awards

As most know by now, artists Rick Ross and CTE’s own, Young Jeezy, got into an altercation this weekend at the Hip Hop Awards held in Atlanta, GA. The situation escalated backstage before the fight ended up in the parking lot. It was stated that shots were fired, but authorities reported that this matter didn’t occur.

“BET Networks works very hard to bring the best in entertainment to the city of Atlanta. For the past 7 years BET has celebrated the true art form of Hip Hop,” the network said via statement. “Due to some misjudgment of select attendees, it is unfortunate that certain incidents took place. BET Networks does not condone any type of violence. Local authorities are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.”

I understand the reason why Jeezy doesn’t like Ross, but to be honest. They both have too much money and are doing to well to even let matters jeopardized their careers.
