Even though Kendrick Lamar has been plenty of accolade for his album, “Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City”, you know there has to be someone who has to say something bad about it. Recently on twitter, the artist Shyne decided that he wanted to go publicly about how he felt about the album and even resulted in calling the CD “Trash”.

“Yoooo! Kendrick Lamar is talented with a lot of potential but his album is traaaaash!”

“When did honest become hating? I expected doggy style or the chronic. I got a product that was trash”

“I’m inspired by other people’s greatness, it makes me work harder . I looked forward to hearing an instant classik from good kid. Trash!”

I feel all artists are influenced by other artists, so I’m pretty sure Kendrick Lamar was influenced by Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, but doesn’t mean they are the only artists that influenced him and just because he’s from Cali doesn’t mean that his CD needs to have that same ol same ol sound that people are used to from Cali. Plus I don’t think Shyne has listened to Kendrick before his album dropped, because he would have known it wasn’t going to sound like Doggy Style, or The Chronic. Shine, if you wanted to listen to those CD’s then take yo crazy a** to itunes, or amazon and go download them.
