Right now one of the luckiest men on earth has to be Atlanta’s own, Jermaine Dupri who has saved his house from foreclosure for the second time in 2 months. In September 2012, the foreclosure was called off due to a dispute over what was stated to be a $193,404 mortgage bill.
But once Mr. Dupri didn’t make any payment, a new auction date was set for January 2nd. Saved again, Jermaine Dupri after Christmas filed an emergency motion stating that the company has not proven that he own the money they say he does. The company claimed now that Jermaine Dupri owes roughly $410,000 on the Atlanta home, but Jermaine states he only owes $111,845.
Right now another hearing on the debt dispute has not been scheduled.
