Pusha T, #MNIMN, Center Stage, whycauseican

This past Sunday night, G.O.O.D. Music’s own Pusha T hit Center Stage in Atlanta, GA to give on hell of a performances. Hosted by the Commission’s own Fort Knox with DJ Speakerfoxx on the 1’s and 2’s, this event started off on LEVEL 10 as opening performances were held by some of Atlanta’s most creative artists such as Sean Falyon, Two9 and more. Once the open acts were off stage, the crowd begin to cheer as Pusha T hit the stage. To start it off, the VA Rap God went in with tracks from his previously released album, “My Name Is My Name“. performing songs such as “King Push”, “Numbers On The Boards”, “S.N.I.T.C.H.” and “Pain”.

Also to take it back, Pusha brought out special guest CyHi The Prynce, to performed “So Appalled” off Kanye West’s album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, plus songs off of the G.O.O.D. Music compilation album, Cruel Summer, such as, “Mercy”, “New God Flow” and the Chief Keef remix to this song, “I Don’t Like”. Plus the night wouldn’t be complete if the one half of the rap duo Clipse didn’t do his hit song, “Grinding” that the crowd when crazy for.

With trying to end the night on that matter and already performing a 1 hour concert the crowd wasn’t ready for Pusha T just to leave as of yet where everyone started to yell ENCORE! as the artist had already left the stage. With that said and why I respect Pusha to the fullest is because he came back out and perform the best song to leave on which is his song, “40 Acres”, which states in the hook, “I’d Rather Die, Then Go Home” (And I Ain’t Leavin Without My 40 Acres). At that point with the lights dim, Pusha rappin the words that discusses him grinding to get what he deserves at any cost.

This is one reason why I love concerts, because you get to see an ARTist create their masterpiece. Concerts with artists is apart of history. Think if you were able to watch Picasso paint a picture today. It will definitely be something that would want to tell your friends and kids in the future, as I will about Pusha T’s concert.

Also with special guest’s, multi-platinum, Billboard topping producer, Mike Will Made It came out to the event and to show homage on his hard work and to leave on a more hype matter, Pusha T brought him on to the stage and played his new hit song with Future and VA’s own Pharrell, “Move That Dope”.
